Refund and Returns Policy

At Fixzy, your satisfaction matters. We offer practical, problem-solving products, and we stand behind their quality. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Some items like personal care, hygiene, or custom products may not be eligible for return

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund — no return required in most cases.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@fixzy.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care items (e.g., teeth whitening kits)
  • Used or worn products (e.g., posture correctors)
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

8. Cancellations

We process orders quickly. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as it may already be in fulfillment.
